Cancellation/No Show Policy: We keep a credit card on file to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hour notice. There is a $45.00 charge if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show for your appointment. Otherwise, your card is NOT charged. This policy is important to us because we reserve your room for the full hour and a half, as well as schedule a talented stylist to be available just for you for the whole appointment.
